Incorporated in April 2006, Plenitum Care (S) Pte Ltd is a joint venture between NP Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd and three local companies – SPE Technology (S) Pte Ltd, SysEng (S) Pte Ltd and Mdesign Solutions Pte Ltd.

Plenitum Care aims to work with educational institutions engaged in research and development activities to help them commercialise medical-related products.

1 July 2007 - Plenitum Care launched its website to showcase their latest products and innovations.

4 September 2006 - Smart Bed featured on Channel 8, Channel U and Channel News Asia.

Smart Bed^TM – this patented innovation, the first of its kind in the world, is here to minimize the risk of patients who are prone to falling off the beds.
